HISTORY

We, TOYO-SASAKI GLASS, are leading glassware manufacturer in Japan.

Founded in 2002 following the merger of two Japanese oldest glassware manufacturers dating back to 1878, we first commercialized and introduced toughened glassware brand HS series in Japan in 1967.

With long-standing traditions and sophisticated technologies, we continuously develop practical and universal designs perfectly fit for every dining and drinking scene. We also are the foremost producer of super light and thin yet durable products, using our technology second-to-none.

CRAFTSMANSHIP

At our own factory based in Chiba prefecture, Japan, making full use of the inherited traditions and cultivated techniques, hundreds of skilled workers are engaged in production by operating the furnace 24 hours throughout a year to make even a little better product every day.

In order to maintain high quality, each piece of products are inspected by several inspection machines, and also strictly checked by qualified inspectors’ eyes and hands.

We, TOYO-SASAKI GLASS will continue to deliver the world a new inspiration through creating beautiful glassware with high quality and functionality.

Also, each glassware piece is made with 50% recycled glass cullet occurs during production. Glass is generally eco-friendly, a recyclable material which can be returned back to the earth.
